Q1: Can I purchase Luxor’s products online?

A1:   Yes, as long as you have registered yourself as Luxor's Members in Malaysia. At this juncture, this online purchase is not opened for Luxor Members registered in other countries i.e. Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei.

Q2: How to get started in the Luxor e-Commerce website to purchase online?

A2:   You need to be a valid and active Member of Luxor and at the same time, having your valid email address registered with Luxor. If you have not registered your email address with Luxor, kindly contact our Customer Service Department at Tel: +603-7880 5555 to update your email address. Your login password for e-Commerce will be sent to your registered email address.

Q3: What are the modes of delivery available for this online purchase?

A3:   There are 2 modes of delivery: self collection at Luxor HQ (Tropicana, Petaling Jaya) or courier to your doorstep (please refer to Q8 for the courier charges).

Q4: Can I place an advance order, or choose my preferred date for courier delivery?

A4:   No. The order will be processed for approval and delivered upon your online purchase transacted. The products will reach your doorstep within 5 working days (for WM) or 10 working days (for EM). However, the delivery may be delayed if your address is not within the courier service’s coverage and accessibility.

Q5: When can I collect the products at Luxor HQ if I choose for self-collection?

A5:   You can collect the order on next working day upon you purchase online and the order is duly approved. All orders must be collected within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Q6: How to claim the products on self-collection?

A6:   You are required to print out your e-generated Purchase Order and present to the Company as proof of purchase. Upon verification, the products will be released to you.

Q7: For self-collection at Luxor HQ, can anyone else claim the products on my behalf?

A7:   You may assign anyone to pick up the products on your behalf by presenting the e-generated Purchase Order to the Company.

Q8: What is the cost for courier delivery?

A8:   The cost will be charged to you base on the following matrix :-

         West Malaysia : RM500 or More  => FREE !  Less than RM500, First 5kg => RM9.00,  Subsequent each kg => RM2.00.                                              

         East Malaysia : RM500 or More => FREE !  Less than RM500, First 1kg => RM12.00, Subsequent each kg => RM5.00.

Q9: Any restriction or limitation on the courier delivery?

A9:   We will courier to any full address within Malaysia provided by purchaser but not to P.O.Box address. We will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery to any invalid / incomplete address nor delay or non-delivery due to the practice or policy by courier service provider.

Q10: After I purchased online, what should I do to make subsequent changes to my online order (i.e. change of delivery address)?

A10: You can contact our Customer Service Department at Tel: +603-7880 5555, Monday to Friday 9.30AM to 6.30PM. This subsequent change may cause delay in our processing and arrangement for delivery. We shall not be responsible for such delay.

Q11: When the PV/BV of my online purchase would be taken into my month sales performance?

A11: The PV/BV will be accounted into your monthly sales performance upon your online purchase is processed and accepted. Normally, a valid transaction will be accounted latest by next working day of your purchase.

Q12: Which PV month will my online purchased be accounted?

A12: All your online purchase will be accounted according to normal calendar month. For example, purchases transacted between 1st September to 30th September will be accounted in September PV month.
